Delfino, Councilman Glen Hockley, Rick Ammirato of the Business Improvement District (BID), leaders of the business community, and concerned residents of the City of White Plains will join together to call for the relocation of the Westchester County Homeless Shelter located at 85 Court Street during an afternoon gathering in the Common Council chambers at City Hall on Monday afternoon, 2 P.M.
