WPCNR HIGHLANDS HEIGHTS. July 15, 2006: Thursday WPCNR published a photograph of the intersection of Longview Avenue and Stratford Avenues, sent by a reader, intending to show the Ritz-Carlton building was dominating the skyline "impacting" the Highlands views. City Hall objected to the photograph, claiming it was distorted. City Hall is correct in depicting the reader-submitted photo as exaggerated by zooming.

WPCNR promised to photograph the Ritz-Carlton from the site the photo was taken and has determined 'The Ritz" was zoomed in on to make a point by the reader. Here is what it actually looks like when the skyline is viewed from Longview and Stratford Avenues. The Ritz-Carlton can barely be seen on the horizon in center of the photograph.
