Just got to wondering: with all the noise about the lack of a real relevant Comprehensive Plan, height limitations or waivers thereof, ad hoc developer inspired zoning changes, and Ginsburg maybe not going ahead with The Pinnacle if he does not get his height extensions, what about the affordable housing project on Main St and the contingency that until that is built and granted a Cert of Occupancy , 221 Main will NOT open? And Mr. Cappelli is going to have the affordable housing built when? Before opening of the Ritz in 2007? Whoa Nellie!!!
