It sure seems as if many people are (expletive deleted) about the mayor's and council's reaction (or lack of reaction) to Capelli's request for extra height.
I'm not happy either about Capelli's request for extra height.
Also, why don't you write something about air-rights and their value? You wrote an excellent article a few months ago.
The Capelli situation certainly is an air-rights issue which our elected officials should be aware of and negotiate something of value for the WP-taxpayers -- but not another "contribution" for affordable housing as Councilman Hockley recently suggested. We all know how the council gave away Capelli's last contribution to other developers.
