Don's analysis is useful only if you compare taxes in a municipality with NO commercial development whatsoever. Otherwise his analysis is completely useless except to give commercial developers an excuse to con us into 100 % reassessment and windfall profits at the expense of the private homeowner. His numbers are totally based on a false premise (not the house) which completely ignores commercial assessments. Let's not confuse the taxpayers any further with mumbo jumbo mathematics. We get enough of that from city hall.
