The Board of Education's announced Capitial Improvement Analysis Committee (CIAC) glaringly
appears to have voices solely from one set of common collective interest.
If CIAC's compostion is not altered or modified to at least a third of membership to include representation from White Plains citizens that are property owners, fixed incomers, or who do not use the public schools, then there is linkage between the $165+ Million Dollar Operations Budget and the oncoming Cap Improvement push.
As there is linkage, belittled taxpayers have scant alternative on Tuesday May 16, 2006 School Budget but
to pull the lever---Vote No.
