Just a legal note.If the "decision" to list the open parcels has been made public, it would behoove interested parties to commence an Article 78 Proceeding within 120 days of that listing/decision, as the courts will probably consider that date as the "final decision" for the purposes of Article 78. The law is draconian, but lately it is interpreted that way. Just a word to the wary and aware.
