April 5, 2006: In the interest of saving our readers a wasted trip and a possible parking ticket, WPCNR passes along this communication from a reader, intrigued by the availability of the White Plains 2006-2007 Budget Book, reported by Paul Wood, City Executive Officer, to be "available" for viewing at the White Plains Public Library,  and at the City Clerk's office, writes:

When I tried to actually get the budget at the library, they could not find it. 

After some checking (today, April 5, 2006) they (the library)  determined that it (the 2006-2007 Preliminary Budget of the City of White Plains) had not been delivered yet  (to be library as of April 5, 2006)- so that (the library)  is not where Keith (Eddings, Journal News Reporter) viewed it (if he did.)
