CNR Letters to the Editor "The Ridgehawk" Questions Court of Appeals wisdom, calling the Court of Appeals decision on the Delgado-Hockley impasse "a joke," saying Larry Delgado "was robbed."

Sorry for not writing this sooner.

In regards to the Delgado/Hockley mess...What a joke!!! While Mr. Hockley is an able representative for White Plains, Mr. Delgado was clearly robbed of the election.

As a voter in the district in question I feel I was denied my constitutional right to vote and am sick to my stomach that the man I voted for should have won.

Alas my vote as well as many others in my district were not counted and the real winner lost. Someone in the office of elections should lose their job over this.

Can I as a voter sue to have the A.G. (Attorney General) initiate a proceeding or is it too late?
