If your quote from Cas Cibelli, newly appointed by mayor Delfino to the Planning Board is accurate, (Editor's Note: It is), it's disconcerting. If he really said that "It's fascinating and important because the decisions the Board makes will affect the city for 25 years" then he's sadly mistaken. The decisions made now affect the future, period, not with a limit to just 25 years. The affects will linger way after Mr. Cibelli is deceased, and he should recognize the permanence of what they are doing.
