The "Backup Material" providing the details on resolutions cryptically and circumspectively described in the actual Common Council agendas holds the answers to a multitude of perspectives. The Mayor writes:
Question: Why can't the city put the full agenda with communications, ordinances, and resolutions on their web site? If the public had a chance to read what commissioners and other boards and commissions had to say about a topic, they would have more information to ask questions about or make comments in your journal. Just a thought
