WPCNR MR. & MRS. & MS. WHITE PLAINS VOICE. DECEMBER 18, 2005. UPDATED 11:25 P.M. E.S.T. : A second reader chides the County Executive's 85 Court Street Homeless Shelter Location, and a reader, noting the county's surprise decision to relocate hardcore homeless persons into the heart of the White Plains downtown writes:

What a great way for Spano to stick it to Delfino, putting a homeless shelter right next to one of the mayor's favorite restaurants. As the Klingons say, revenge is a dish that is best served cold.

Spano must have been thinking that the homeless shouldn't have to take a
bus to get to the Galleria parking lot.
