WPCNR MR. & MRS. & MS. WHITE PLAINS VOICE. November 11, 2005: A reader reflects on the  Joseph Delfino victory in Tuesday's Election:

These  are indeed sad days for White Plains, or shall we say "Cappelli City".

That  may as well be the name of our fair, what used to be RESIDENTIAL community. The minority has cast a majority vote.

After Cappelli and Joey Dee get through, there ain't gonna be any room for Plains, White or otherwise in the next four years.

Obviously,  Residents  DO  NOT COME FIRST. To those of you that do not see  this,  maybe we can picture a parking meter parked behind our own cars in our own driveways.

After the election, I thought to myself.."How can so many people be so
wrong?"

But then all I had to do was recall George W. Bush.
