WPCNR MR. & MRS. & MS. WHITE PLAINS VOICE. October 24, 2005: A reader feels WPCNR is too light on the Mayor for calling his "minutiae" remark at the debate last Wednesday merely "a gaffe." The comment:

I was sorry to see your headline implying that Mayor Delfino's "alleged"
statement was a 'gaffe.'

Watch the debate on public access tonight. He reportedly called key issues
"minutiae" SIX times.

Once is a gaffe. Twice is clumsiness. Six times is born and bred ignorant
attitude.

I hope we'll see the illegal campaigning incident by our Mayor get proper
review by your site. White Plains has no tolerance for his nonsense.
