What an abysmal, unfeeling  commentary about the tragic decline of a White Plains citizen who has given so many years to his beloved city and all of us that live here.  You seek to pander to the purient interests of those who  only see the loss of control that Mr. Greer has over his body, and are not aware that his intelligent, active mind remains fully capable of  integrating the knowledge necessary to make decisions in his elected position. I support the present Common Council, and call for a moratorium on this ridiculous survey until a member of the council actually resigns.  To continue this atrocity only shows the extreme inhumanity of its author.  It is not journalism under any definition.
