DR. Stockmann here: This is why your provisions for comments should go back to the freewheeling way it was.
The case law is Clear on this one - you cannot be "punished" for what I and others write in a news feedback forum. It's that simple and clear.
We in the New York Bar value our cherished Consitutional liberties, as do all other Bars across the land. It is now up to the "4th Estate" to continue our vigorous defense of these liberties America should hold so dear. John, as an attorney sworn to uphold the Constitution, I applaud your clarion call!! Wake up People, you are being trammeled upon and you don't even know it. Your rights as Americans are being sucked away by a tsunami of bad law - why don't you care?
