My stomach hasn't been this sick since the Sept. 11 attacks.
The Supreme Court has just sanctified the taking of private
property for virtually any cause, including private development.
This is one their most far-reaching, intrusive, anti-freedom
and property rights decisions in a very long time.
The case is the Kelo case.
The Kelo family lives in New London, CT and the local
government wants to force them to sell their home
to make way for a huge private project.
They bravely fought all the way up to the Supreme Court -
and lost!
