WPCNR WHITE LINE REPORT. From The Mayor's Office. June 14, 2005: City Hall warns citizens there will be above normal congestion on Friday due to the Westchester Arts Council reopening

Due to the Westchester Arts Council Gallery Grand Re-Opening, traffic detours will be in effect on Friday June 17 from 11 am - 11 pm on Mamaroneck Avenue between Martine Avenue and Main Street in White Plains. Parking at the City Center will be best accessed from North Broadway or Westchester Avenue to South Broadway. Expect heavy traffic, congestion, and delays in the area of Main St. and Mamaroneck Ave., and especially on Martine Avenue, between the hours of 5:30 pm and 9:30 pm.
