WPCNR BROWNOUT REPORT. June 14, 2005: The considerably unreliable state of electric power in White Plains, though no brownouts were reported today by police, and the reluctance apparently of Con Ed to report the cause of the Sunday-Monday fades and outs, prompts this request.
