WPCNR MR. & MRS. & MS. WHITE PLAINS VOICE. April 13, 2005: County Legislator Tom Abinanti and I had our third public hearing on electin reform Tuesday night. The hearings have been very thoughtful and substantive. Both of the first two hearings lasted more than two hours. While I am appreciative that the media has announced the dates of the hearings, there has been limited media coverage of the actual hearings.
Please publicize the final hearing and send someone to cover it. We want to hear from as many different voices as possible. The final hearing takes place this Monday, April 18, at 7:30PM at the Westchester County Legislature.
