Schools WPCNR SCHOOL DAYS. From City School District. February 22, 2005:  All six White Plains High School National Merit Semifinalists have been named Finalists in the 2005 National Merit Scholarship Program.  They are:  Danielle M. Cohn, Elizabeth A. Newman,  Matt C. Oliveri, Michael D. Schwartz, Rachel L. Silverman and Naama C. Wrightman.  The n students met all the requirements to advance to this status and are now eligible for Merit Scholarship awards.  Certificates of Merit will be presented to each by High School Principal, Ivan Toper.

        Fifteen additional White Plains seniors had been named Commended Students in the program, when selections were announced in September.All six White Plains High School National Merit Semifinalists have been named Finalists in the 2005 National Merit Scholarship Program.  They are:  Danielle M.
