January 8, 2004:  The departure of Renoda Hoffman, City Historian, creator of three of the most unique histories of White Plains as a public service,  to join the great historians of eternity this week, at the age of 95, it would appear deserves some lasting memorial of some kind.

WPCNR at the suggestion of a reader has come up with a list of places in the city with historical significance which might deserve to be remaned with Ms. Hoffman's name, such as The Renoda Hoffman City Hall for example, or The Purdy House at Renoda Hoffman Park.
