Dear Mr. Bailey:
I have read Elena's sad story and I am deeply moved by her courage in speaking up to defend our First Amendment. I greatly respect her and marvel at her strength and tenacity. I believe that she should be honored not only by the City of White Plains but by the entire country for her sacrifice and suffering for all of us because of her good deeds as a citizen protecting our Constitutional rights.
