WPCNR WHITE PLAINS VOICE. August 10, 2004: Benjamin Boykin reports the Council will be holding a work session on everybody's favorite topic, parking in White Plains. Thanks to the intrepid, relentless reporting of the crack Journal News Investigation Unit which through long hours of stakeouts, cups of Starbucks coffee and hidden cameras exposed the scandal of Valet Parking where parkers did not pay for parking in the City Center garage, costing the city untold quarters was exposed. Tomorrow night, Mr. Boykin reports the city will discuss parking issues in a Work Session at 6 P.M. at City Hall.

There are a lot of ways the City Center could go on the parking issue. But how do Mr. and Mrs. White Plains feel about Valet Parking? How should the city handle it? WPCNR has thought of some ways the city could take this issue of V.P. (Valet Parking). Should it stay or should it go? How to enforce it? Who should enforce it?
