WPCNR WHITE PLAINS VOICE. April 19, 2004: In our last survey who took potential mayoral candidates from both parties and asked who would you pick to be Mayor at this point. William Ryan ran by far and away the best against the potential Democratic Challengers by a wide margin, except Benjamin Boykin, who was not on the Survey. Now the strongest of the first "flight", William Ryan is pitted against Mr. Boykin, whose council experience is formidable asset. So, now you get to pick from either of these two candidates. Who should get the Democratic Party nod to run for Mayor against Mayor Joseph Delfino?
