Who is threatening the press AND THE PEOPLE? Can they show the statements are libelous or slanderous? Isn't honest opinion in a political context protected speech? Let the walking wounded come forth and show how they were wronged. TRUTH IS A DEFENSE!!!

Sounds like a SLAPP threat. Isn't that tortious intererence with business practices - hounding the press?

And isn't the threat of a lawsuit harrassment in and of itself? THAT'S ACTIONABLE!!!!! MONEY DAMAGES TOO!!

YOU CAN'T SILENCE IDEAS OR OPINIONS OR PARODY!!!

THIS IS AMERICA!!! GET USED TO IT, GET A STRONG CONSTITUTION OR GET OUT OF THE PUBLIC OFFICE BUSINESS!!!

THERE IS A REASON WHY THE 1ST AMENDMENT IS THE 1ST AMENDMENT.

Who's the official who feels wronged? No PUBLIC COMMENTS? No recitation of facts to show who's wrong? Be damned by your own silence!!!
