By certifying Indian Point Emergency Plans as reasonably assured Westchester County is prepared to handle an Indian Point radiological leak Friday, the Federal Emergency Management Agency has cleared the way for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to renew the license for Entergy to operate Indian Point. Tell us how you feel whether you agree that FEMA was correct in certifying plans politicians and protest groups have decried as inadequate and unable to handle a disaster.
