July 23, 2003: White Plains Mayor Joseph Delfino will formally announce the City's partnership with Coca-Cola to present Summerscope 2003, a free sports and entertainment camp for underserved children ages 11-17 at the Slater Center on Wednesday, July 23 at 11:00 am.
