WPCNR WHITE PLAINS VOICE. From a WPCNR "CitizeNetReporter". May 12, 2003:The nearest Whole Foods Market is actually in Greenwich, CT on Rte. 1 not too far past Greenwich Ave as you head toward Stamford (north). It's the anchor store in a little strip shopping center. The store is lots better than Hay Day (much less expensive) and carries very different items from Stew Leonard.

So I wouldn't describe it as a "cross between the two." The place is always hopping and has really terrific prepared foods. In my opinion, there's nothing like it in Westchester County, including the Gourmet Garage down in Scarsdale/Yonkers on Central Ave. I am thrilled that they are coming to WP.
